Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SkyVault website and Minecraft server, operated by TRUE TECHNOLOGIES LTD (reg. no. 16459127), 45 Barbican Road, Greenford, England, UB6 9DH ("we", "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or playing on the server you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 you must have the permission of a parent or guardian, and they must agree to these Terms and to any purchase made through your account - a purchase made by a child without that permission may be cancelled and refunded. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. What we sell

We sell digital in-game cosmetic items, ranks and other digital entitlements for use exclusively on the SkyVault Minecraft server, activated on your linked Minecraft account. Items are purely visual or convenience-based and confer no unfair competitive advantage. The catalogue, prices and item availability may change at any time, and cosmetics may be modified or retired as the server evolves.

3. No cash value, gambling or trading

Purchases have no cash value and cannot be redeemed with us for money. SkyVault does not provide stored-value accounts, cash withdrawals, user-to-user payments, item trading for money, betting, wagering, loot boxes or other paid random-outcome mechanics.

4. Prices, currency & payment

Prices are shown in your selected display currency and converted from our base currency for convenience; the amount charged is shown before you confirm. Prices include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider. We are not obliged to accept an order, and we may cancel and refund an order that was listed at an obviously incorrect price.

5. Delivery

Purchases are delivered to the Minecraft username linked to your account, usually within seconds. If you are offline they are applied on your next login. It is your responsibility to keep your linked username correct - items delivered to a username you entered cannot be recovered if that username is wrong.

6. Licence

Cosmetic items grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them in-game. You may not resell, share, or exploit items or your account commercially.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our server rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts, and reverse or withhold deliveries, for cheating, harassment, fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms.

8. Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights we cannot exclude: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible or is not done within a reasonable time, to a price reduction. If defective content damages your device or other digital content, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, nor - where you are a consumer - for loss arising from use of the service for any business purpose. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Complaints & dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, email info@skyvaultland.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to bring a claim in the courts, or use an alternative dispute resolution provider - we will tell you whether we agree to use one at the time.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence continue to apply.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and we will tell you before they take effect where the law requires it. Questions: info@skyvaultland.com.
