Frequently asked questions
How do I join the server?
Open Minecraft: Java Edition, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, and enter skyvaultland.apexmc.co. We run version 1.21.8. Java Edition only - Bedrock (mobile/console) isn't supported.
Do I need an account to buy cosmetics?
Yes. Create an account with your email and a password - we email you a 6-digit code to confirm it's really you. Your Minecraft username is added separately (at checkout or on your account page) and is where items get delivered.
I forgot my password - what now?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?". We'll email you a link to set a new one. The link is valid for one hour.
How do purchases get delivered?
After payment we grant your cosmetic to your linked Minecraft username automatically - usually within seconds. If you're offline, it's applied the next time you log in. Your delivery target is shown (and editable) on your account page.
How do I wear a cosmetic after buying it?
Join the server, then type /cosmetics in chat to open your Wardrobe. Pick a category from the icons at the bottom of the menu, then click an item you own to equip it - items you haven't bought yet stay locked.
I bought a cosmetic but can't find it in the Wardrobe
Scroll down. The Wardrobe holds a lot of cosmetics and a category can run well past the first screen, so yours is usually just below the visible rows rather than missing. Still not there? Fully quit Minecraft and rejoin so the server re-applies your unlocks and your game re-downloads the resource pack - and check you're looking in the right category (a set's pieces sit in different categories, e.g. a hat and a back item). If it's still missing after that, contact us with your order number and we'll re-deliver it.
Can I change my Minecraft username?
Yes, on your account page. We re-check the name when you save it. Heads up: future purchases deliver to whatever username is linked at the time, so make sure it's correct before buying.
What can I buy in the store?
Cosmetics - hats, suits, pets, mounts, particles and ranks - which are purely visual and give no gameplay advantage. You can also buy in-game coins (the server's in-game currency); that's optional, and coins can also be earned by playing.
Which payment methods do you accept, and can I pay in my currency?
Visa and Mastercard. You can switch the display currency in the header and we convert prices for you.
Can I get a refund?
Delivered digital items are generally non-refundable. If an item failed to deliver, contact us and we'll re-deliver it or refund you - see our Refund Policy.
Is this an official Minecraft store?
No. SkyVault is an independent server and store. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
